The MacGregor and MacDuff 7-yard kilt is handcrafted for you in Scotland.

A traditional kilt is 8 yards, so this 7-yard kilt is a slightly lighter alternative. This could be an ideal option if you are looking for a casual kilt.

All of our kilts are made-to-measure from 100% worsted wool.

This kilt is machine stitched, with some features finished by hand. There 2 sizing straps and 2 belt loops at the back of the kilt.

A 7-yard kilt cannot be altered in the future, but they do come with adjustable straps where you will have some movement to tighten and loosen off the waist.

The kilt will be pleated to the sett, which means that the tartan at the back of the kilt has been pleated in such a way that it mirrors the pattern on the front.

Please note that some tartans have an additional charge due to the cloth costing more to produce.
